As Barlas Yanıklar (“thehostby.com”), this information text has been prepared in order to inform our customers about the personal data we process within the scope of our commercial activities in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) and the relevant legislation.

4.METHOD OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASON

Your personal data is collected through the website, various contracts, all kinds of information forms, with your explicit consent or within the scope of other data processing conditions stipulated in the Law.
This information is obtained for the purpose of presenting our commercial activities within the framework of the law and for thehostby.com to continue its commercial life and to fulfill its responsibilities arising from the law completely and correctly.

5. RIGHTS OF RELATED PERSONS SPECIFIED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW

According to Article 11 of the Law, each relevant person may; apply by sending a notice to thehostby.com’s address specified above via a notary or by applying in person by presenting an ID;

b) To request information about personal data if it has been processed,
c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

d) To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
e) To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
f) To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
g) To object to the emergence of a result against the person by exclusively analyzing the processed data through automatic systems,

Our communication application channels and methods through which the above-mentioned rights can be exercised are detailed in the application form to the data controller on our website. Applications sent to us are responded to within 30 (thirty) days at the latest from the date the request reaches our Company, depending on the nature of the request. In the event that the evaluation and decision-making process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be taken as basis.

EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Barlas Yanıklar (“thehostby.com”) has the title of “data controller” within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”). This Explicit Consent Text aims to obtain the explicit consent of thehostby.com customers for the following situations where the personal data processing conditions in the Law cannot be met.

In cases that do not require explicit consent, data processing activities are carried out within the scope of the Information Text, and in cases that require explicit consent, data is processed in accordance with the basic principles specified in the Information Text.

Accordingly, personal data is used by Thehostby.com to:

Send me communication messages and e-mails for sales, marketing and promotional purposes regarding products, services, stores and campaigns,

Detect my opinions and complaints regarding products and services,

Profile and create reports regarding my likes, hobbies, personal tastes, pages I visit, orders and complaints in order to receive more efficient and better service,

It may be processed for the purposes of conducting marketing activities,

Establishing my membership transactions,

Delivering printed materials for membership and promotional/advertising purposes,

and may be shared with the parties specified in the Information Text for these purposes.
